Poor workmanship is one the main reasons that whenever I take any vehicle to a service shop (Discount, Firestone, NTB, Ford, Nissan, etc) I stand at the opening of the bay they are working in and watch everything they do from a safe distance.
Sounds like I'm not the only one getting horrible customer service at my local dealer. If they don't step up and help me soon I will be trading my F150 off.

Not sure where you're from but Ford needs to consider all the folks out there buying Fords who live in s,all towns and remote areas where there may only be one dealer in 50 miles. I'd be damned if I'd drive a great distance just to own a Ford or any brand for that matter. I'd learn to like GM's or Rams and I'll bet that happens all too often with all the name plates.
In my area, there are a dozen Ford dealers in a 75 mile range and six in a 30 mile range. I'll get a Ford from someone.
I have 3 Ford dealers withen 20 miles of my house.I bought mine at the closest dealer. My 2012 5.0 motor has started to rattle at 65,000.The dealer said it's normal and Ford Headquarters said there is no assistance available for me.Im checking out Dodge and Chevy as we speak.
