Body Lifts
Hi mustang9 and welcome to FTE 
I guess maybe no one in this forum has any experience with a body lift in an F150. If you hit the search button near the top of the page and snoop around a bit you might something. Good luck
As for how hard it is...I havent installed one in ages but body lifts are usually pretty easy to install. You'll need a good jack to raise the body up and probably just an assortment of normal tools.
I had the cabs off 2 F150's this weeks to do headgaskets and they come off pretty easy. You just have to raise it up some so that will be a lot easier. You'll have to pull the rear seat if it's a Supercab and pull the carpet back to get at the body bolts but that's not a big deal.
