My question is can I burn mp3 tunes on a DVD disc and have them play in my 06 KR ?

No, but you can make a mp3 CD that should play ok.

Well I found a burn program to do CD's . I was surprised at the few mp3 you can burn on a cd! But we got 6 burned for about 100 plus tunes! which should work out till I get my new indash do everything unit !!

REALLY ??? How did you do that?? Hmm wonder if my burn program converted them back to Wav ?? Gotta look at that disc !

I put all the mp3s in a folder that I want to burn, getting as close as possible to 700mb. Then select all and send to your cd burner, you really don't need a program. Windows 7 will burn it for you. Make sure they are at 128 bitrate and you can get 150-160 3-4 min songs on a disc.
