6r80 and select shift
Just wondering when the expedition got the 6r80 and if it was ever offered with select shift like the F150's in 2011&up
I know it got a 6speed in 2007, but it wasn't the 6r80 yet.
Just future shopping for a replacement for my 2006. If I'm going to get a newer one I want the 6r80 and the select shift would be great for heavy towing.

Truly disappointing that ford did not include the select shift option on the expedition.
the expedition seems to get treated like the proverbial read-headed step-child of the bunch.
