Hello from Florida
Hello all, wanted to introduce myself. Name is Shawn and I am and have been a ford fan for a long time.
Bought my first ford a 1971 Ford F-100 Ranger long bed with a 390 for $300. From there I was hooked. I have had many fords including a 1953 f-100 which was believe it or not my 2nd truck.
Other favorite truck was the 1977 F-100 with the 460, hated selling that truck.
So I still have the '53 and its been parked for over 20 years, finally to where I can start working on it again. It was a daily driver when I got it, the engine at 40 years old at that point developed a knock. So I quit driving it in the hopes of rebuilding the 215 original engine.
Now just got to find the time to get her back home.
