Changes to MD historic tags
Anyone going to be affected by changes to the Historic registration that just went into affect?
The highlights are:

The highlights are:
- No use of vehicle to drive to or from work or school.
- Model years 1986 or later are no longer exempted from state inspection.
- Equipment repair orders can now be issued by police.

Well that really stinks! I hope Delaware doesn't follow.
We always had the rule about not using your historic vehicle as a daily driver but I still do and never been questioned about my use. My tags are free and no inspection needed.

I was going to put my 1988 F250 up for sale, but this change is going to make it a more difficult sale.
I do live just a couple of miles from the DE border though, so maybe I'll find a buyer there anyway.

In order to register as an antique in DE, the vehicle must go through inspection one time and if everything passes you are good for life.
