Mine arrived today. The backs are not available yet. As you can see, the color is spot-on ...but they do cover the aluminum door sills
Those do match the color very well, and it looks like they will fit properly after a few heat cycles and gravity take effect. But I don't like how they cover the scuff plate. The Husky liners appear to only come in black for the 2017, but it looks like they don't cover the plate as much. Decisions, decisions.
The WeatherTech's don't seem to fit as well as the Husky's in the pics. Our cars have WeatherTech's except my Superduty which has Husky's, think I'll stick with Husky. Even the Ford ones don't look too bad, that may even be an option. Can't have my fancy "Platinum" logo to light up "..inum" LOL WeatherTechs have always covered half the door sill......ugh! Denali logo says "..nali" looks ridiculous IMO. I cut em with scissors!

I have WT's in my '15 that will be turned over to the dealer pretty quick...they've been just OK, nothing terrific. The rear mat has been AWFUL! It's all bunched up on the ends, and won't stay in place. Part of the issue is the footwell in the rear is so shallow. Looking forward to a bigger back seat in the '17...that's right.
I ordered and just received new husky weatherbeaters (weathertechbeaters?) lo and behold....the bottoms are studded! Hopefully they'll actually stay in place! Pretty excited to drop those babies in.
Agreed on the covering of the scuff plate, Force74 installed a set and has pics somewhere in here, you can see the lighted Platinum from outside the truck, and it is partially covered from top-down view. If it's bothersome I'll break out the fiskars too.
I just got my rear Weather Techs. The fronts seem to fit much better once they went through a couple warm days... The rears are a little more pliable and fit nice as well. Spending an awful lot of money to cover carpeting when I could've just gotten the vinyl floor! :-) Anyhow - I have a set of the factory Ford molded ones that I'd sell for $100. Front and rears for a crew cab if anyone is interested. Includes shipping. Let me know.
I just put my new Huskys in and love them. They fit well and look good. I have had Weather Techs in last 3 trucks and the rear mat always curls up at the door sill. I emailed WT and was told that the heat would fix the problem or use double sided tape. Not what I wanted to hear as the mats had been "heated" in the truck for a year and I refuse to use tape. Husky for me from now on. Just my .02
Anybody with the weather techs going to trim out the kick plate part? I really like the lighted plate and trimming that part out. It's still going to give me ample coverage.
Just got my weather tech mats in. I did modify the front mats so they don't cover the floor badge/panel.
Did you figure out a pattern? They both look exactly the same! Well done, what did you cut them with and how did you do it?
The rears on mine seem to fit perfectly, did you leave the factory carpet in the rear there or did you remove it? I removed mine but don't see why it wouldn't work leaving them there.

I placed the mats in their place. Then I just measured with a straight edge to make sure my lines with a sharpie were straight. I used a coin to round out the corners. I found it best to use tin snips (sheet metal shears). Once cut I just used a 180 grit sand paper to soften the edges of the cut. I used the first piece I cut to make sure I cut the same on the other.
As far as the rear I removed the carpet. Yes you can leave it but I found that the mat set in better without it.
