5 speed trans. question

I've got a 95 f150 5.0/5 speed, and I dont like the way the trans shifts. I've heard that the mazda trannies are real notchy, but is there anything I can do to make it shift a bit better? I have to change the fluid in it soon, and would like to know what kind and how much oil it holds. Thanks

5 speed trans. question

Howdy! I have a 92 f150 with the same Trany I recomend you put in synthetic trany fluid you will experience much smoother shifts especialy in cold weather! It can be purchased in any good parts house. Also be advised that you should check the trany tower where the shift lever inters the trany I have had trouble with mine leaking from there!!

I hope this helps you!!
