Well crap....

Took a short drive (about 40 miles) to visit with my brother earlier today. Looks like I have an oil cooler to replace soon. Delta spiked at 22 degrees before snapping this pic.

Yeah, I'll be needing to get one of Ed's alternators soon also. Newer (1 year old) batteries, and I'm floating between 12.9-13.3 volts.

Well crap..,

You could potentially save yourself all that trouble by installing a new thermostat and then seeing if you need a new oil cooler after all.

Just a thought from what I'm seeing

Thermostat and a coolant change/flush are on the list of things to do. I screwed up and did the test at freakin 75mph. This weekend, I put 500 miles on it, and averaged 11 degrees at 65mph. Better, but still not great.

Install the new thermostat first, then see where the deltas are.
