Aluminum Radiator
Is there an advantage to a aluminum radiator? Where is a good place to find one for a 81 f-150 w/ 351W?
I see in catalogs were they have "racing" radiators for fords that are 100"s of dollars cheaper than a custom fit, but the dimensions and build are the same. What's the difference?

The main advantage of aluminum radiators is a weight savings, that and they are easier to recycle. A internet search should provide you with many sources for your application.
I would bet the shops that are advertising the racing vs the custom fit could give you an answer.
