I’ve owned a lot of trucks over the years, many custom cabs and several big windows and I’ve never had a pass side arm rest on any of them.

Hard to find pictures of the old front mounts, but the way that one is sitting, it looks like it's blowing out of what we would consider the "top" when installed on top of a V8.

That blower was probably on a Euclid earthmover at some construction site earlier in the month.....
