Won't start
I have a 2003 Ford F450 super duty xl. At first there was a loud clicking sound coming from under my dash. I charged the battery up and the sound went away but the truck will fire up but not turn over and start. I thought maybe it could be the relays but the clicking sound quit.

A 13-14 year old vehicle very likely needs to have all grounds and positives cleaned and resealed. From the battery(s) through the solenoid down to and including the starter connections. Look for any little ground straps coming off the secondary (main larger) cables and do the same. And as mentioned have the battery and charging system load tested.
The system will work much more efficiently if it doesn't need to overcome all the resistance of dirty connections and bad battery cables.
