I'm interested in knowing also. I'm getting a F350 SRW.
I don't know much about tires. I've been looking at the stock LT275/65/R20 34.1" with a max load of 3750. Toyo Open County A/T II LT285/65/R20 35.1" with a max load of 4080. Will the Open County go on stock rims and work ok.
I've been looking at the TOYO and they don't show a Open Country A/T II in 285/65R20. Only a 275
I'm worried 285/65/20 will appear too small. I have a 15' Platinum right now on KO2's 275/65/20 w/ a 2.25" Level, and IMO they are barely big enough. The F250 appear much bigger!
Rut, I know on another thread you were pitching the Toyo RT. What did you have before to compare the RT to? How is the ride, quietness compared to the AT II or a BFG KO2, or Nitto Grapplers?
And its one of the few All Terrain tires that come in that size configuration. Even the super popular BFGs don't come in 295-65-20. Like most tire manufacturers, as the tires get wider, they squat the height.
Here is mine with some 37.12.50 20's with a 2" level.. I do have minimal rubbing on the inner control arms but nothing I'm gonna worry about.
I had put a set of 35's on this truck like I had on my 16' and they looked small..
That is sharp! Really starting to warm up to the white gold/caribou combo.
