TPS throwing me for a loop
Finally got the truck running 1987 f150 straight six with the 4speed manual. Ran KOEO test and got a code 23 tps out of test range. Ran a KOER test and got another code 23 & 73 both tps codes. I'm getting horrible gas mileage 6mpg the throttle response is awful and its hesitating bad. Checked the old tps, turned the key on and tested the signal return and pressed the throttle and got a steady unmoving .52 volts. Went up to the parts store and got another one and it's doing the same thing.
Any ideas?
