It belongs to the Warsaw (Poland) fire department. It was being used for a firemans wedding in old town. You can see it has decorations on the doors. I was walking by with my family and took a couple pics. It has a badge that says 3.2 6 speed I didn't hear it running to see if it was diesel. It may not be a 2016, that was just a guess.
