These cars have always been my favorites too.
I`m down one Mustang, a 2015 GT.
I figure that I`m too far away from most folks to advertise on FTE John.
Morris I had a tractor just like your JD. You will love using it. Good power and versatility. I had to sell my F3 due to health reasons. Didn't trust my legs to go from gas to brake as cab was so tight. Got the Studebaker as it has room and have had a ball so letting go of a project has led to a lot of fun in a completed ride. Hopefully this will be your experience too
I too just down sized the herd!!! I sold my one 56 f-100 that was about 90% finished, just sort of lost intrest in it. The good news is it freed up room in the garage to start on my 49 f-4 so now I'm down to 3 trucks. Funny thing I just also retired my 1950 ford tractor for a new John deer as well! The ford will retire gracefully as yard art!!!
If you decide later to do another truck you are in a very good location to find one. And you are not that far, the young fellow and I were in your neck of the woods a couple weeks ago. To Davidson and back in six days including a break down day.
This will give you more time to enjoy the trucks and cars you have.
This is my second JD, I had a 755/20 hp which was just a bit too small. I really like it so far.
Is the new one a a 2520? That is what I have. I sold my Ford 2000 tractor and bought my first JD, a 455. Like you I found it too small but worked my way up through 5 to my current 2520. The resale on them is great if you take care of them.

Good ones are getting fairly scarce now plus a bit expensive. We could have met for coffee, maybe next time.
My new one is a 3038E petemcl, basically the same as your`s. It came with a set of pallet forks that are easy to swap by removing two snap rings.
It maybe just a bit big but at this time I don`t think so.
I`ll sell my Ford 850 and MF 35 tractors next spring.
