Hi everybody

I'm a diesel mechanic from Mississippi.

I'm in the process of wiring my new shop. The first project getting pulled in the shop is my 51 F1.

I just got it a couple of weeks ago. It's got rust in the usual spots, but for 65 years in the deep south, it ain't in bad shape at all.

This project is really exciting for me. My dad used to daily drive a 51 back in the 70's. He pulled a 389 out of a goat and mated it to a powerglide.

This also my first hot rod build. Up until now I've always fooled with 60's Mopars.

I'm heavily inspired by drptop70ss's 51 builds. I'm looking for a jag front end now!
