which rally stripes?
Hey guys,
I know i'm going with some sort of rally stripes, wanted to get some feedback from you guys. Let me know which ones you like best!!!
This is my inspiration truck:
Large black strip down the middle, with a little orange offset
Offset wide stripe, and thin stripe:
Different color on outside of rally stripe:
kinda basic:

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer on your stripes, but...
I haven't seen any of the ideas that look good to me. I like racing stripes, but I don't know of any on these trucks that I like.
I do like seeing the graphic images on hoods and doors, depending on what they are. I am picky with flame jobs too...LOL some look great and some look...well....very much a waste of time...
But I don't want to kill your buzz...so when the time comes? Post a pic!

Trust me, nobody is gonna hurt my feelings or offend me. We say this in just about every other post, "it's my truck and I'll be driving it".
I found a guy on Facebook who goes by "sketchmyride" who will email you a jpeg sketch of your truck for $40. Kinda expensive but will give me a better idea of what I'm goin for. Here's another option I found on Google

It might be worth forking over the $40 to have the guy draw up your truck. $40 is a lot cheaper than laying on stripes and deciding you don't like them.
You might also get in touch with bobj49f2, he's pretty handy with photoshop and might be able to tweak an existing picture of your truck.
another option is to have your stripes done as a wrap. Heck, you could change it every few months without hurting the paint.
