Pinion angles

So I think I finnaly figured out what I'm gonna do as far as lifting my,highboy goes. 8 inch leafs in the front and 6 inch leafs in the rear(yes they will be custom made, I can get them done for 1100) and a 2 inch body lift. If I do that, the plan is to run 42 inch tsls under it. My question to you all is, what will I have to do to make my pinion angles correct? The rear one is going to be horendous I would, imagine because of the divorced transfer case. Will I have to drop the tcase a bit? I know I can use shims under the axle,in just worried about the tcase. Thanks in advance, you guys are awesome!
