Difference between clevelands and windsors?
What exactly is the difference between the 2?

Difference between clevelands and windsors?
Cleveland has canted valves. Windsor doesn't.
Cleveland returns coolant through block. Windsor returns through intake manifold.
Cleveland has tall outer head bolts. Windsor has short bolts.
Cleveland has integrated timing housing. Windsor doesn't.
There are other differences too, but the above are the fundemental design differences.
