so really nobody has an idea how to do? I couldnt believe in the fact that stepfathers 76' E150, with original steering gear, is much more straight to drive than my 97' with changed steering gear...

1 check your tire pressures
2 get a good alignment WITH printout
3 maybe the steering gear is bad or loose.
1 4Bar (Maximum tire pressure for my Pneus)
2 alignment is fresh, with printout
3 as I said, steering gear is less than 5 Years old. Nothing loose or worn
all balljoints and other steering components are brand new.
so Im right when I say that nobody knows something about alignment of the steering gear?
I mean, if ist not possible- ok.
Just wanna be sure that there is no option to make it better.

We are trying to say there may be an option that will make it better. The caster specification for the E series is from +1.5 degrees to +7.5 degrees. Ford has typically shipped from the factory with a setting of about +3 degrees which is OK for city driving. For highway driving you want to have at least +5 degrees. If you have an alignment print out then it will tell us where your vehicle is currently set.
I remember reading something pertaining to the steering on my 88. If I remember correctly Ford recommended adjusting the gear box after a certain break in time. Perhaps you have to do that on your new one?
Mine has a little play in it and I doubt it was ever adjusted. My serpentine belt squeaked when I first cranked the engine and I happened across a TSB that said to adjust the power steering pulley flush with the shaft. Mine had never been done and when i adjusted it, that solved the problem.

Did you ever check your wheel bearing lash at the front hubs?
(Mit zu viel Spiel wird das Lenken zum Eiertanz)
I think you need to recheck the pressures. I have to use LT tires, with 3,8 Bars in the front and 5,5 Bars in the back!
