Any one have fitment issues with the engine mounts for a 351M from Broncograveyard?

The pair i bought don`t line up good, the 3 mounting holes are off about 1/8inch and part of the mount hits the lip on the oil pan.

should i just drill the holes bigger and grind a little?
or will drilling screw up alignment?

I got a NAPA one yrs ago made in India that was same way.

 

I just bought Anchor motor mounts for a 400, same issue.
