engine revving

1989 f250 5.0 5-speed manual.
Engine revs when clutch engaged regardless of engine temp.
Seems excessive, any thoughts?

There is already a post, same subject, same thread I responded to several days ago. Is this the same poster of that thread?

As before, I mentioned a vacuum leak.
