93 f250 code 41

New to the forum. I have a 93 f250 with a 460 and 99k miles. Lately I have been getting a cel and when I pull the codes (Koeo) I count the flashes and get code 41. I read an old post on this forum but I don't feel it was really answered or at least followed up on

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...code-41-a.html

This is exactly what is going on with my truck. I tested my o2 sensor (cold) with a multimeter and got a reading of 19.2 ohms and I did not test my fuel pressure.

Do you have a standard transmission or a C6?

Same truck as I have.
With an E4OD you would not get a 41 code.
Your codes would all be three number codes.

Did you buy the 3145 code reader if not what one did you buy?

Would you please post what the calibration code is off the drivers door post.
Would also like to know the number that is on the computer that you have installed as it might not be the right one for your truck.
Also the check code if you a sticker on the front drivers door post stating it.

The Calibration code in the image below is for example 3-98A-R00:

The computer number in the example below is F5TF-12A650-ALA with a check code of DOE0.

I would post that info but today the ol' girl needed to go in to the shop. I replaced the egr position sensor because I had a code 34 in my continues memory and it tested bad. On my test drive I lost power in the engine. Had it towed to a shop. I'll find out Monday what they find. The scanner is the Innova 3145

So I had a plugged catalytic converter and had it replaced. Looks like the truck is a 92 according to the sticker but my registration says 93? I drove it home and it ran fine except for a slight rough idle that has been plaguing me for a year. On my way home I got another check engine light. I pulled the codes and got a 31, 34, and 41 in continuous memory. I'm sure those are left over from before I had the cat replaced. Not sure if a cel will show up from the memory? I'll drive it to work tomorrow and see if I get another cel.

That is odd to have a 1992 calibration code and it points to a 1992 computer in a 1993 truck.
That is why the two number code.
