Yeah,
I have been following. I know it is "supposed" to have the larger axel, I was just stating that I hope they did not use the F250 axel and slap on a sticker with the lower rating to match; hoping people didnt notice. It was just a random thought though. I am not sure why the stickers are all over. I have a F-350 srw with the 18's and the A/T (heavy capacity) tires and the slide in camper package on order (since 5/29), so that sticker better be right..considering I did the F-350 to be "legal", otherwise I would have ordered the F-250 with upgraded towing package.
Guys the LED Lighting on this truck is out of bounds! Damn its leaps and bounds above the previous gens!
If there is anyway you can do it GET IT you won't be disappointed.
I got the factory spray in Bed Liner also and its VERY well done...
I'm glad to hear that. I got stuck with some options I didn't really care about, just so I could get the LED headlights.

If it turns out the axle ratings are changing due to wheel/tire sizes and rating then you should be alright. I have similar features ordered but not the AT tires. In past years the AT tires were lower rated than the AS and I never thought of going with the AT tires, especially due to decreased wear and additional highway noise. If weight is a problem I can always change up to a heavier tire but I would select a brand/style which gives quite a bit more than the couple hundred pounds in the factory offerings. It is wise to leave plenty of space between tire ratings and actual weight.

That would be a real GM move. I know Ford was caught once or twice through the years but GM is well known for swapping lower rated parts to meet demand. Especially putting Turbo200 transmissions in the highest HP TransAm's. Worked fine if you didn't step on the gas (too hard.)
Don't think we have to worry about sag on these trucks..
Granted I only have 320 miles on mine and haven't towed anything yet but check out these measurements..
Tires have 65psi in all 4
That it does and the spring pack is arched enough that its no where close the overload spring unlike the 11' and 16' setup. Completely different setup.
Looks like plenty of room for a front end level. I just checked my 2011 which has a 2 inch level on the front and it's 43 inches front and 45 1/2 back with airbags compressed and no load. When the airbags are decompressed the rear drops two inches which makes the truck essentially level. Interesting that the unladen rear-end height on the 2017 is so high.
This is part of the reason the 2017 looks so much larger. It is 4 inches higher in the rear and with the extra inch of bed height that's a full 5 inch change.
A little late to congratulate you Rutcutter, but very nice truck!
It is neat to see all of you guys starting to get these in your hands!
Color combo is the same as I am going with... How do you like it in person? Do you like the two tone?
I know Josh mentioned the body lines and no stripe made him wonder about the two tone on this model. Thoughts?
Intersting. I measured length, width, and height they were identical to my neighbors 2016 f150
The external rear glass on the Super Duty is "21 tall and the rear glass on the F150 is 19" tall measured near the sliding glass.
In addition the top of the bed of the Super Duty has been shaved off a bit so they made the rear glass a little bigger so the bottom of the rear glass is flush with the rear bed rail.
I absolutely like the running board that it`s finally wheel to wheel, but I agree with the black end part. It should be the same colour all the way to the end rather than being different under the bed.
Is there a wheel to wheel running board option for the long bed? And what about the power running boards?
I got the same running boards on my truck and I had the dealership take them off and linex the whole thing, it looks a lot better and they will last forever. I had it done on my two previous trucks.
Epic have you noticed how much better the lower door seal looks compared to the last gen's weak rubber strip?
Looks like it may do a hell of a lot better job keeping the crud out of the door seal area.
