Some of use #2 diesel for that. Kero's far more pricey for clean up!

BTW, I've been using the rubberized undercoating from Harbor Freight instead of Henry's lately.

I'm not sure which is a longer-lasting fix, however.

One sure is easier to apply, though.

No job is complete until the paperwork is done.

Got to work on the new water heater. I was surprised to see the controls now need 110v. transformed to a few millivolts. Will add a receptacle tomorrow. For now, an extension cord 'cause I like a warm shower.

haven't seen a new tank type water heater needing a 120V outlet yet, guess ill be doing more water heater plug installs before too long, OR more homeowners reports "suggesting" the extension cord powering them be removed.

I was thinking of putting the recepticle in the ceiling, but with the heavy brick of a transformer plug, might not be the best idea.

I was aware that the mandated efficiency on WH had changed a year or two ago. I wasn't aware that they went to electronic ignition, but it is not surprising. That would be the last pilot lit appliance that most of us have in our homes. I was aware that the insulation values had increased, and that the units are therefore larger in dimension, which could be a second problem for many of us.

And I'll make a deal with you...I won't mention the permit requirement, if you don't.

just as easy to cut a box in the wall up high like 12" from the ceiling and drill down.

S'posed to be nice today, and then back to the heat tomorrow.

Go figure. I'm stuck inside all day today, and back outside tomorrow.

Deal Bill.

Today's proyecto. It was close, but the $5 blade won. I can now remove the ball hitch sans key. My hiding place was too good.

We received 8 drops here.

So, how long had that been in place, semi-permanently?
