I'd start by re-checking the alternator for correct output. ( you may have gotten a bad one? IDK)
I'd also check the wires and connections for continuity...it maybe that one of those wires had a inline fuse and it blew, or has some internal corrosion.
Put the Alternator on another truck it works perfect there is no online fuse on the 2001 f250 how do I check the relay? Cause I swapped it with another relay just like it and didn't do nothing still won't charge

A quick check, relays should not be warm to the touch when energized & typically they should click when power it put to the circuit. These are not a 100% guarantee that a relay won't or can't still have a issue, but should still cover most. Relays are not terrible expensive, soo, if you got one that maybe suspect, replace it. Swapping relays around is also a effective way to check.
Considering that the Alternator charges/works in a different truck. Suggests that its more of a wire or connection issue. I presume you checked for bad fuses ...there might be a "mega fuse" that got tripped. Sometimes they go when re-installing battery or alternators.
... it's getting the 12v constant to the plug on the alternator ...
Is the 12v on the large gauge charging cable or a smaller wire in a connector?
I'm looking at our 2003 wiring diagram which may be different, but there are two 12v lines.
On our 2003, there is a fusible link in the large gauge charging cable, Gray, from the battery that looks like a bulge in the harness and a 10A fuse, F1.9, on the Orange/Light blue wire, pin 3 - sense circuit, from the fuse panel to the alternator.
