Going to try and explain the best i can...
Its the BIG box on the passenger side were the two A/C line go into. Its mounted against the firewall right behind the glove box in the cab. Can i just remove the box? or will there be a huge hole there? I'm no longer needed the a/c unit, if i remove it there will alot more room under the hood.

I don't think you want to do that. It will open your heating and cooling system to the elements.
