I know this may be a difficult question to answer but I will give it a try anyhow.
I had a new Boss 302 Mustang back in 1970. I loved the sound of the stock exhaust system more than any I've heard.
I have restored a 1965 Ford F100 pickup that will soon me getting a newly remanufactured 5.8 liter 4V H.O. with roller cam. 325 hp and 378 lb. ft. of torque with Ford OEM shorty headers.
My question is, how can I make my exhaust sound as near to the sound of the '70 Boss 302? Is that possible to do?
hey...sounds like a sweet ride.....well ive got a 90 f-150 w/ straight duals and 2 40 series flowmasters and turndowns....sounds like a old muscle car to me when i punch it ...oh and no cats!
