The City of Peoria puts a lein on the property for the charges. The property can't be sold until the lein is paid.

I've been right here except when Macy has been out. She peed on the bathroom floor, Patty went balistic. Wes the first time I've seen Macy tuck her tail and hide. Just maybe the program its sinking in.

I hope Patty got it across to her what she needs to be doing. She tucked her tail and ran for cover, mama was pissed and she knew it.
