I usually sign off here about midnight. There is a house and a street behind us that is totally quiet except for the wildlife in the woods across from them. Our bedroom is in the back.
In the Winter we usually set our furnace to 68 to 70°.
I started taking a blood thinner after having a small stroke 6 years ago and ever since I can't keep warm. Its nothing for me to wear a sweater or a light jacket in the house.
That's where we keep the thermostat during the day in the winter but always turn it down before going to bed so the furnace doesn't kick in so much during the wee hours..
I was on blood thinners after I had my heart attack in 01 but was only on them until I had some stents installed..
