You do have self adjusting brakes. With that self adjuster cable being behind the guide it can't work. I knew it didn't look right. That's why it was making me nervous. So the end result is yes, the brakes need to be adjusted in that corner. For now adjust them up as Train explained. And order all new parts. Brakes are your life. And everyone around you on the road.

Got the new spring kit today but it came with a bunch of extra spring caps for some reason and also this:

Need some help here. Didn't pull anything like this off during unassembly

And which spring goes where? The color coding is nice and all but this kit gives you no help on the colors

The "horseshoe" clip is used at the connection of the Metal (brake) hard line and the rubber (brake) line. You"re right you didn't take it off. It's just part of the kit, in case you did need it.

I don't know if the colors really matter or not. Look at the picture that Ultraranger sent and go by the shape of the spring. Of course the length matters too.

I tried that but they are distinctively different. I feel that the brown is the right top...but blue and red? Not sure. The have different hook styles and diameters

Horse shoe clip is for the rear drums. I holds the e-brake actuating arm to the shoe. This photo is not what is on your truck, but you can see the actuator arm and its attachment point.

The self adjuster cable gets hooked in the adjuster lever in the same hoe as the blue spring.

x2 as well, never put it in the hoe without lots of anti seize, lube and many layers of protection

Don't think you'd need anti seize. Strapping a 2X4 to your rear end maybe.

I've heard that sometimes a parachute and a suba suit is needed in extreme cases of overuse.
