Honestly, I could have the wrong "label". He needs to access the rear ac for something. I know it's not the actuator. He needs to remove the entire interior quarter panel to get to where he needs to be. A/C not blowing cold. Already replaced the filter in the front. Leak checked, etc. He's an HVAC mechanic but never had to remove the rear panel.
