Oil Question

For changing the oil in my 2015 F250 6.7 diesel, I've been buying and using Motorcraft Super duty diesel 10w30 at Walmart for $17 for a 5qt bottle. So I go there today and they tell me they have quit stocking it! Damn. So I'm looking at the different Rotella brands and I see one that is just Rotella T, not T5 or T6. But it says that it is heavy duty and for diesels. But it only cost $12.90 per gallon. Should I be scared of Rotella T? What would any of you recommend beside using Motorcraft?

Most folks use Rotella or Delo...15-40W. Just my opinion.

I pulled the 2015 diesel supplement viscosity chart, and based on it I'd use the T6, Delvac or Mobil1 5W40. It's a $13k+ engine, why get bent out of shape over two bucks a quart for oil for T6 over T?

I ran T6 in my 6 liter because of the crazy tight tolerances throughout the engine. I'd imagine a 6.7 is even tighter......

Or Mobil 1. Thats all I run in my 2011 6.2. The 95, 4.0, GC Jeep and the 68, 400, 442 get Rotellla T. 15W40 for the heep... 10W40 for the Olds. Prolong additive in everything including the lawn equipment. Rotella T 15W40 in the lawn equipmets as well.
