Blower fan

I noticed this weekend that I only have high speed on my blower fan. Either nothing or high. This happened to our 99 GMC and it turned out to be the module/resister on the fan itself. Does Ford have the similar thing? I looked on Rock Auto and they have them. Any thoughts? 09 SD regular cab, xlt, manual controls. Thanks
