Brand newbie!
Hi, my name is Cat. I am the proud new owner of a beautiful gold 1979 F150. The engine is not original and now has a 289 Cu built up in the mid 1980's mild cam 4 barrel carb. with approx 75000 miles. It runs great...
Bought it from a fellow who had since 1980. He had it restored in 1993 and has basically sat in a heated garage since then. It's got a couple of quirks, as a 37 year old truck would. That is mostly the reason I wanted to join this forum, to learn more about this beauty I now own.
I do have a couple of questions so I'm just figuring out how I make it to the right forum. Forgive me in the meantime!
