1990 XLT Lariat
what would be some good upgrades to a 1990 Ford F150 XLT Lariat, 5.0 V8 engine?Im looking for more over all horsepower and better gas mileage without making it sound loud and obnoxious. Besides a k&n filter... just bought that.. thanks.

if you dont want loud, some headers and a large chamber magnaflow should do quite nicely for opening up exhaust. you should get a noticeable increase in power and some more mileage.
