Damn I woulda loved to see that Towncar
Yeah its amazing what tailpipes can do to the quality of sound the exhaust makes. Gives it more of a rumble.

 

I ran it only once at the local 1/8mi strip. I traded it off for $4K. That was a big mistake, not a day does by when I see a fast car I don't think of it. But it wasn't built right from the get go and cost me waaaaay more than it should to run that speeds.

For the cash I dumped into it I could have had a low 7 sec 1/8mi car. That was my first vehicle to build and was taken to the wash with it sadly. I had many, many tuning problems they would not help with, reusing old parts, not getting what I paid for, etc. I was a moron then and didn't know what I was buying...I just went with what they said. That was also before I got online.

That speed shop took advantage of me and that pisses me off to no end. So before I do anything now I read, read, and read about what I want done. I try to help everyone out as much as possible inorder not to get screwed.

I do the same thing for every repair I have done by someone else.

I refuse to get ripped off because of lack of knowledge.
