I've shared with the class not too long ago, about a decal for our Coyote engines, and have finally found a local shop that has worked with me on designing what I've had in my head, and that has been there for the last 3 years. (It isn't real pretty in there, trust me).
I went ahead and have paid for 50 decals, or 25 pairs to be made, and will have them early this next week.
If you'd like a pair of these decals please PM me, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
These are made of a good grade of vinyl, (or I fell for it, and paid the difference) and should last quite a while.
They're 3" tall, and 5.25" wide, and look just like the picture.
Cool!! I had a similar idea at one time, but like yours better.
Here's mine as I type, but aPM is on the way.
Thanks, and I like yours too.
I've managed to always have the engine that didn't get the recognition that the other engines got.
In my 01, I had the 4.2 liter, nothing for that engine, but the Triton V8 did.
This truck, and with my 2011 that I had until just month ago, each had/have the Coyote, again, nothing, but this time the V6 Ecoboost got the emblem.
Ya, the 'yote needs something a lot more than "FlexFuel". So far, I ripped that treehugger badge off, and have had at least 3 different logos on there. Yours is almost identical to what I wanted to do, that is, Wylie pointing like you have him, but with 5.0 in black.
Hey John, I've PM'd you back, but I'm not sure if it went out.
Let me know if you get it.
I had different color ideas in my head, but right now this is what I have in mind, and keeping it simple, also kept the price down a bit more.

Yeah Bob. I can tell you on my end that they are what I was expecting. And they look great. Just haven't been able to get Betty cleaned lately. The only time I have time to do so is on the weekends. And our weather hasn't to cooperative the last couple of weekends. But I promise I will upload them once I do get Betty all cleaned up so I can go ahead and install them.
Well I finally got to get my Betty all cleaned up today. And I finally was able to get the decals installed Bob. Let me know what you think. I think they look awesome and maybe even a little better than I was originally expecting.

Looks sweet Alex, thanks for posting a picture. And I'm glad you like the decals. I'm hoping to see more pictures from other FTE members that bought them.
I like that Tuxedo Black color. If I couldn't find my Kodiak F150, I wanted the Tuxedo Black
Honestly me top three favorite colors for the 11-14 trucks were Kodiak Brown, Blue Flame, and Tuxedo Black. The funny thing about the Tuxedo Black (at least in my own experience) is most people seem to think the truck looks green. Also yesterday right after I installed those decals on Betty, one of my neighbors walked by as he was walking his dog and asked what the coyote 50 meant?

I've had a couple of people that wondered what that Coyote 5.0 meant too
And I like those same 3 colors. But for some reason, the Blue Flame seems to be one of the colors that has hung on to. My 2011 was Golden Bronze, and I loved the color. But that color is like the Kodiak, each one was a 2 year deal, then gone from the F150's. But I think the Blue Flame has been used on the F150's since 2009.
You're correct about those colors. Blue Flame has been in production since 09. And the others were only a 2 year deal. They just weren't very popular. And Blue Flame has been a big seller for Ford. I was really sad when Ford announced that Kodiak Brown wouldn't return for the '15 MY. I bet those trucks would look awesome in that color.
It's a cool color. Once I found out that my 2011 was totaled I was on a mission for that color, with the same interior that I had, and the 5.0. I only found 2 that were a perfect match, and one Ecoboost.
