Will the Spectra FNH122 fuel filler hose work on my 86 F150 with midship tank? It shows it fits 90-96

 

Since this is an aftermarket part (what auto parts store sells it?), how would anyone know if it would work or not, unless they had personally tried it?

 

It says it replaces Ford part #E1TZ9047C

Was not used on 1990 and later anything!

 

I also found this 1980-1986 F100-F150-F250-F350 Fuel Filler Hose 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985

Looks like the same part to me.

 

These applications are bogus, for one thing 1980 is different...and the hose fits thru 1989...not 1985.

So is it the same hose that you want? Not if it fits 1980 it's not.

 

I'm trying to find the correct fuel filler hose for my truck. 1986 Ford F150 4x4 302

OP said in post #3 that the Spectra hose (he listed in post #1) replaced E1TZ-9047-C .. so I would assume it's a Styleside (what his avatar pic shows).

Bill, I asked that because I believe I saw the same user asking about a Styleside.

I could be confusing user names ... Wouldn't surprise me at all!

E1TZ-9047-C > Obsolete ~ No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

Since the Spector hose is the replacement, you'll have to use it.
