Interior floor Dead Pedal?

Interior floor Dead Pedal?
Who makes and aftermarket dead pedal (left-most pedal for bracing) for these trucks?
I know I saw a place a few years ago that advertised they had them in stock for a lot of trucks (and since trucks are raced and 4x4'd hard, i know somebody has to make them), but I can't find anything for sale on the internet (save for car dead pedals).
I'd sure appreciate some help on this one.
