My iPhone & iPad both cause this problem. Lucky for me there are plenty of charging options in the truck.
Kind of why I'm starting to think that this is an issue with the Transcend DrivePro camera. Always plugged into the 12V jack when it's on because it doesn't have much of an internal battery. I've unplugged it for the time being. Hopefully the TPMS resets itself and I'll see how long it lasts if and when it does.

Hopefully unplugging the camera does the trick. If it works you'll have to find a new power source. The 12V outlet in the center console works w/o issue as does the outlet on the passenger side of the dash. Good Luck.

Unplugged it and removed it from the truck last night after shutting the truck off. Started the truck around 4:30 this morning. No warnings. So far have driven the truck 28 miles with no chimes, flashing lights or messages. If this holds out for a few days I'll believe the issue is solved. Then I'll try a different brand dashcam that I have in my Mustang and see if the issue returns.

65 or so miles since last issue. Not blaming the webcam 100% yet. We'll see what the next day or so brings.

My TPMS light went on about a year ago. Checked all the tire pressure and they were good. Never got around to getting it checked out and then last week the light went out and stayed out. No idea why. Lowered pressure in one tire, light went on, put the pressure back up and light went out. WTH.

My warning said that it was a "sensor fault", not low pressure. At any rate I'm 2 and a half days and over 100 miles since removing the dash camera from the truck. So far, so good.
This leads me to believe that the camera communicating with the iPhone was somehow disturbing the signal being sent from the tire pressure sensors to the BCM or wherever it sends the signal to. The iPhone by itself has never been a problem.
I'm going to give it a few more days to make sure the problem doesn't come back and then I'll try a different brand camera that I have in my Mustang.

If you use a phone charger that has the USB port to plug the cable into like the one below, chunk it out the window. That's the problem. Had the same issue, Ford dealer pointed that out to me and fixed the problem. Needs to be a hardwired charger.

The camera was indeed plugged into one of these type gadgets. I don't recall the phone itself being plugged into one of those causing problems, but that might just be my fuzzy memory.
It seems that mine would have been a common problem and that Ford would have shared this information with their dealers. Would have saved Ford paying a dealer to replace a BCM and 3 tire pressure sensors.

You would think that. It is all over the internet where people have figured out its the USB chargers, but some how it's rare that the dealers know it.

Has something to do with the frequency emitted by the USB charger interferes with the TPMS system. Mine literally went away when I stopped using it.

Well, today I traded the truck in on a new 2016 SuperCrew. Now I'm hesitant to put that camera in or try to charge the iPhone with one of those things.

The only 12v socket that is sensitive to TPMS on our truck is the driver side dash. I use the center console with a USB adapter all the time. My phone, iPad and radar detector do not cause problems in any othe socket.
Congratulations on the new truck!

Thank you. Haven't looked that closely but I don't think I have a center console charger.
In the other truck, I never used the driver side 12V plug. All the issues for me came with using the passenger side plug. Had a dual USB charger. The camera was always plugged in as they have limited battery. The phone only once in a while.
Here's how I eliminated the problem:

New ride, old co pilot.

Congratulations on the new truck!
Way down in the lowest part of the console I found a 12V socket. Also found one in the storage bin under the rear seat on the driver side. Haven't check it out any further.
