Yeah...it has been quiet all around....I started playing softball again last night...first time in 6 years....not moving to well this morning...

I gave it up after walking like a 90 year old after every game :-)

I need the exercise being diabetic...I walk like a 90 year old man if I stand for more than an hour. The biggest problem will be the off season...I will need to keep up on my exercise...which I am horrible at!


I am also a gluten for punishment...I catch from a crouch which doesn't help the bad knee and hip that I have...


I just have a crazy enjoyment/love for the game..
