Tow tune flash error

Tow tune flash error
HI everyone!
First problem I have ran into I didn't know about
I went to load the tow tune from the sct and it lost its mind went white screen during download
Rebooted and it know it messed up and wants to fix it but when it tries I get an error code 110DD and the truck cranks no start emailed SCT no response yet what do you guys think
I have disconnected the battery with hops of that no dice
Read online others with this code tried another cord and it worked I don't have that as an option unless there is another person in the Anoka Minnesota area with one that would let me try it

I got nothing Dave 
, but I'm watching here to see what SCT says and how you get it resolved as I frequently swap tunes with my SCT tuner and I always hold my breathe on the initial start up following a tune change.

LOL i hear you there tom, i normally set the dang thing down while it tunes this time i held it and apparently i have a bad touch.
Also i checked fuses just in case no dice

since you say you swap around you have done it more than 5 times?
i read on the evil interwebs you can only swap 5 times guess what this load to tow tune is #5 and it scares the pants off me

Dozens and dozens of tune changes here without any issues Dave.

Five VINs before the tuner can lock. You can change tunes for the same VIN unlimited number of times. I've changed tunes on my 6.0 with my SCT 3015 dozens of times, as mentioned above.

I am not in Anoka but not to far away if you want to hook up and grab mine you sure can, I didn't know the cord came off the tuner end..

A little update here
Big pipes made a solid attempt to help me out our tuners are different. But huge thanks for making contact and trying to help me
My current status is the same crank no start
SCT had me try and program the keys to the pats thinking it freaked out thinking it was stolen no dice
I pulled codes from everything that I could with a solus scanner but the ECM, the ECM is not communicating at all with the scanner. I'm under the assumption that it is empty it stuck at least in a point where it doesn't know what to do. SCT has all my info from the truck and the tuner but have not given me any further instruction since 12:30 pm yesterday. I'm sure Monday help will be much more available I don't expect them to have all the answers on a weekend on emergency contact

tow tune error solution
so we got it running.
the error code 110DD is related to voltage confirmed by SCT.
here is what Ron from SCT had me do
disconnect positive battery cable
turn headlamps and hold brake pedal for three minutes
reconnect positive cable
connect tuner and follow steps as shown which consisted of
main menu to program vehicle
An error was detected would you like to return to stock tune? yes
turn key on and continue (select continue)
attempted to program
screen says Is the key on basically and is tuner connected? (like it had no comm)
error 110DD unable to unlock vehicle
attempt #2
follow same steps until the screen asked if the key is on and is the tuner connected then quickly cycle key from on to off and back on again
and bam tuner took over loaded stock tune completed download and selected done
disconnected tuner
started truck happy dave drove away

i figure since this is a voltage issue and has code 110DD maybe we could stick this in a folder to be easily found for others (Stewart)
i asked Ron how often he deals with low voltage issue and he said once a week or so
so be sure you have a good battery turn all the stuff off that's on while tuning or hook up a charger while tuning it may save you my headache

Here is the skinny on what I did wrong this time.
So friend buys blown up 2001 cobra mustang
Dave is nice, since friend is working late winches car on trailer causing the trailer battery (group 31) to go low. Hook up trailer move to spot out of mud to chain down.(truck off ) jump in let's put this tow tune in and roll. Well key on sends power to the trailer and drew my truck battery down equaling the two out well it was just too low and it all shut down. One embarrassed Dave waits for friend to get off work three hours later tows ex to the side and goes home with the trailer hook to the car owners truck.
Worst of all for me this happened at my work I am the maintenance supervisor and lead mechanic so looked stupid but oh well this was my one for 2016
