Hello all,

My first post here. I just bought a 99 Exp. Eddie Bauer and wanted to put on a white gauge face plate but everywhere i look they all tell me they dont exist. Is this true? I know the 2000 model had the white and the 99 expendition has the white. Anyone know where i can get this?

p.s. Im having the 50 series SUV flowmaster put on tomm morning. CANT WAIT 8)

 

That's crap. There are plenty of whites guages plates on E-bay for Expy's. This is what I did. Got a whole cluster out of a 2001 sport, which is factory white, put it in place of my black one ('98). Wala!
White guages... cost a little more but a lot cleaner!

Select 'Gauges'. Scroll down and you will see 'Explorer/Ranger 98-01 Truck'. They have about three different types - the flames, the EZ Glo's., and the white face gauges...

Be careful when installing a set. The needles are easy to get off, but can be a pain to get back on in the right position. If you get a set of gauges, let me know if you need any help with the install, and I'll be glad to help if I can!

 

Wow this is a good site. A little pricey though. The same price as a full cluster.

 

THe more and more i look at the BLACK face in my eddie bauer the more i think it matches the rest of the console. The white might be cool at first but i wonder if i would reallly like it 8)..

I dropped my suv off this morning at the local shop to get the 50-SUV series Flowmaster with a dualtip ... I cant wait .. hehe.
