EGR Tube in between Catalytic Convertors Help
The 2 into 1 Catalytic Converter (the first one) on my 1994 F150 4.9 2x4 Rattles when im holding the brakes at a stop sign or something so badly!
So today after work i go to battle with the fun job of deleting the first catalytic converter on my truck. (4.9 2x4 E4OD) I can weld well and have all tools and stuff so welding is no problem. The pipe in between the first cat, (one that is a 2 into one) and the second one, has the EGR or whatever tube on it.
What i need help with is how to remove it and install it back on the new pipes ill fab up for my catless exhaust. Can i use hose or would it melt? can i just weld a bung on and clamp it on with a u bolt?
