I have a 5.0 was wondering if anyone has pictures of their motor mounts and how they center the engine side to side ?

I don't have pics but made my own and set it off to passenger side so header clears all steering. I had a Jag front end. Must have had the engine in and out twenty times to get the side by side and angel correct. I made wood mock ups but all of that went with F3 when I sold it.

I have a 351C currently out of my 52 chassis, which has a Holden HZ (ie Camaro) front end.

Would you like pix over the weekend??

Now, if we can all come to terms that this is RIGHT HAND DRIVE, we can move on and look at the pictures....

.....now don't be surprised if you need to use a Bronco/rear sump to allow you to sit the oil pump as low to the cross member as possible.

I have a 1979 Nova subframe in my 50 F1, virtually the same as your 77 camaro clip. I have my 5.0 centered, with plenty of clearance. Stock Ford motor mounts on the engine going to fabricated brackets on the Nova crossmember.
I used a rear sump oil pan and pickup from an older Bronco or Econoline.
The headers I used are from Speedway.
I have the motor sitting pretty high in the frame, and this position gives me over an inch clearance to the firewall.
The small block Ford is a pretty long engine, so verify your radiator clearance before you weld in any mounts. I went with a Ford Racing short water pump to gain some room, or you can go with a stock serpentine setup, which is even shorter.
Good luck!

Here's a view from the other side, showing how much clearance there is to the oil pan. It looks like even a stock oil pan from a Fox Body Mustang would clear.
