1971 C750 brake problems

1971 C750 brake problems
I have a 1971 C750 and have no brakes. Where do I check and add fluid? Theres no reservoir or plug on the vertical master cylinder and my shop manual doesnt tell me a thing.
The pedal goes all the way to the floor with no resistance except for the return spring. BNo sign of leakage at the wheels or under the truck. It has the chassis mount hydrovac system. Can anyone give me some advice?
