power outlets not working on 2000 Excursion

good afternoon group,
I have tried finding an answer to my problem, but came up empty.
I have a 2000 Excursion V-10 that has been very good to me. currently, I have no power to either the cigar lighter plug under the cup holder, the power outlet at the rear of the centre console, or the power outlet to the very rear of the vehicle, near the rear doors. I have tried to check the fuses, but the fuse for the cigar lighter checks good...are the any other fuses or relays in this circuit that i am missing?

I've had the same problem with the rearmost outlet. The connection on the back of the 12V outlet was loose.

The rear oulet is easy to access and check with a test light probe.
