2004 E350 engine Interchange
I recently picked up a free 2004 E350 with a bad engine. upon searching for engines i see that there are alot of F150 5.4 engines available. My question is i found a 2000 F150 5.4L on CL with 102K for 850$ will this engine work in my van short of swapping the intake,oil pan, and possibly valve covers? from what i gathered 99.5-04 are PI heads and should interchange with Econoline 2V?
